Director
Chartered in 1987 and conservation accredited since 1995, Mark founded the practice around 25 years ago after working on large national contracts. His breadth of knowledge and practical approach underpins the work we do across all three disciplines.
Building Surveyor
RICS Chartered since 2017 and conservation accredited since 2020, Ruth specialises in the conservation of historic and listed buildings, offering expert advice informed by a deep understanding of the historic environment. Shortlisted for RICS Building Surveyor of the Year in 2023.
Surveyor
A law degree and teaching background, then the RICS-accredited Postgraduate Diploma in Building Surveying. Alison's work covers party wall matters, heritage statements, building surveys, quinquennial specifications and planning, with a particular interest in historic churches.
Architectural Designer
Amelia leads the architectural design work within AE Design Studio, working closely with Mark and the wider team. With over 13 years' experience in residential design, she brings a thoughtful, client-focused approach to creating beautiful, functional spaces.
